Follow the Meaning - the game introduces you to detective Paul Trilby, who receives a desperate letter and goes to an isolated island town. Its territory is divided by a wall, and a mysterious Hospital rules over the inhabitants. People who have passed through its doors lose their memories, leaving behind only disturbing hints of something sinister. It is up to you to get to the bottom of what is happening.

Gameplay and atmosphere

The game is based on exploration, out-of-the-box thinking and solving puzzles through interaction with the residents of the city. Communicating with the townspeople will allow you to collect fragments of the truth — after all, there really is a grain of truth hidden in any gossip.
