Uncle Lee's Cookbook has been released on Android — a pixel quest to save the Universe

Uncle Lee's Cookbook has reached Android and is now available on Google Play. This is a humorous Point & Click adventure game consisting of five episodes. The game was released on PC on May 12, and the mobile release took place on August 22. The official Android version sells for $5.99. There is no Russian language, so English skills will be required to complete the course.

Uncle Lee's failed experiment

The story begins with another experiment by an eccentric scientist. Uncle Lee mixes unusual ingredients in a cauldron, but his culinary experience ends in disaster and endangers the entire universe. Now the consequences of the experiment must be corrected by his niece, a wayward girl who has to go on an unusual journey.

Humor and the fourth wall

Uncle Lee's Cookbook doesn't try to be serious all the time. Characters can directly address the player, joke about game mechanics, and parody familiar elements of classic Point & Click quests. Thanks to this, the plot quickly moves from a strange experiment to a threat of universal proportions.

Without pixel-hunting

The game eliminates the need to search for small interactive objects for a long time. If necessary, you can turn on their backlight and immediately see the available items on the screen. This is especially convenient for the mobile version, since some details are more difficult to see on a small display.

Duration of passage

It will take approximately 5-6 hours to complete all five episodes. The first chapters take less time, but as the story progresses, the episodes become longer and more intense. The compact structure is well suited for Android, as it is convenient to run the game in separate sessions.

Is it worth playing?

Uncle Lee's Cookbook on Android may appeal to fans of pixel quests, unusual humor and absurd stories. The illumination of interactive objects makes the passage more comfortable, and the division into five episodes prevents the adventure from stretching excessively. The main disadvantage remains the lack of the Russian language — a large number of dialogues, jokes and references are designed for players who understand English.
