Patient 186 is a grim third—person adventure where you play a YouTuber researcher who ventures into an abandoned mental hospital and encounters a creature that cannot be controlled.

Atmosphere and plot

You enter a building where peeling walls, flickering light and the frightening echo of footsteps create tension literally from the first seconds. The goal is clear — to uncover the mystery of "Patient 186", a cruel and mutagenic inhabitant of the hospital. Exploring the premises, you find records, documentary reports and hidden hints, gradually collecting the chain of events that led to the appearance of the monster.

Gameplay

The player explores dark corridors, turns on the camera to film the material on the channel, solves puzzles and tries to get ahead of the threat. Sometimes you have to enter the code almost blindly, while the creature is already approaching from the shadows. The further you go, the greater the pressure: new locations like the basement, cafeteria, and archives reveal the details of the story, but at the same time increase the risk of encountering a monster.
