Death and Taxes is an interactive game inspired by projects such as "Papers, Please", "Reigns", "Beholder" and "Animal Inspector". The player will take on the role of a Grim Reaper working in a bureaucratic institution of the Afterlife Office. Under the direction of Rock, the player will decide which of the people is worthy of death, and who should continue to live to maintain universal Balance. Each decision affects the fate of the planet, creating a unique gaming experience.
